Lovin' my 2012 & 285/70R17s on 17x9 XD Addicts!

I'm impressed so far with my 2012 JK that's equipped with a 6 speed manual and 3.73 gears! And I love this wheel and tire combo on my Jeep! So far I'm getting between 19-21 mpg and it rides nicely everywhere. The DuraTracs were great on the sand roads in 2WD. I think this set up is almost perfect I think it looks and behaves good the way it sits with the stock suspension but I think it will look great if I put an AEV 2" Spacer Suspension System on it just to get a little extra stance and offroad wiggle room....any opinions on that?

Very nice! I know I say it every time someone posts those wheels, but I'll say it again: IMO, those are the best looking wheels on a JK.

The product code on my Discount Tire receipt is #62324. Since I'm not a wheel and tire subject matter expert, I consulted their Jeep guru on which rim would work best with that tire size on my JK. He gave me 2 choices; one rim BS/offset that would put my wheels 2 inches outside the fenders or one that would set my wheels flush with the fenders. I chose flush as I'm going for a more conservative build. PM being sent your way..........

That looks great. I think I'm interested in a setup similar to this.

Looks great man! Love the wheels.

As for the lift, all you need is something like the AEV 2" lift or even just a TF leveling kit ($130) to make sure you clear the tires if you wheel hard off-road or want to disco your sway bars.

Thanks all! I went ahead and ordered the AEV 2" Spacer Suspension System this morning and was cognizant enough this time to ask for my military discount which alleviated some of the shipping cost.

I have the same color combo and I do like the little bit of silver (instead of all black) on those rims. Those look great on there and is what I am after but I do not want to lift it so I`m afraid to go any bigger than stock on the tires....choices...choices.
