lower gauge bezel panel

Has anyone else replaced this themselves? I got that panel with the net and I wasn't sure about getting the existing panel off, just short of pulling it as hard as I can. I notice there are two clips on the upper portion of the panel. Anyone have any advice, instruction? I appreciate it!

If they only knew what they were missing; cause thers's nothing in the world like it a jeep
