Park in about 2 ft of mud. It will be almost level with the surface then.

Just out of curiosity, why do you want to lower a Jeep?

Cheapest and easiest depending on how much you want is to cut the springs or find a set of lowering springs, just Google it. I would highly advise not to but if you want a lowered Jeep then it's not going to be cheap but I would buy the parts that way you can convert back to original stance later or if you want to sell it.

Any particular reason why you want to lower it?

I was Gonna skip reading this thread but I couldn't. Couldn't help but to want to read the replys. There was a lowering kit in the Quadratec catalogue awhile back. It's not in the new one. Wonder why? Might have something to do with poor sales? Just a hunch.

A few years ago there was a guy around town that had a TJ that was lime green and had some graphics on the side. It was lowered and had some small ass wheels that stuck way out passed the fender flares. Now there is an old man driving it, and it is back to normal....other than the color and graphics on it. I found it hard to wave at the douche who lowered a Wrangler!!!
