i think a dual exhaust would look excellent on a wrangler or wrangler unlimited. the black makes it look even meaner.

$500 is a tad high for just the muffler portion..

Sorry for the delay. Wanted to get some miles on it and see if the sound changed at all. Definitely became deeper at just idle. Anyways...I have posted a sound clip to you tube.

No problem. All I had to record the sound with was my cell phone. Surprised at how well it picked up the sound.

I listened to numerous You Tube videos, then saw/heard this at the local shop. Loved the sound and it was the black that I was looking for to work with the Commando Green.

Overall, I am pleased with purchase. Impressed with the quality of both the construction and performance.

Good Luck choosing!

I was thinking of getting this exhaust as well... Any issues with the bumper and the exhaust being that close? Not sure if it would melt the plastic... Is there more clearance than it looks like? Thanks!

I have not had any trouble with heat from the exhaust tips melting the bumper, although I was initially worried about that as well.

It is important that you get system all lined up before tightening the clamp down around the stock pipe exiting the Catalytic Converter. I had to "wiggle" it around some at first to get the rubber hangers aligned correctly.

Once I had it aligned correctly, there is around an inch of clearance between top of the exhaust and the bumper. Enough to stick your finger in between.

I will try to crawl under and take some close-up pictures this evening.

Would my stock hitch be ok with this installed?

Wow! I'm glad you just posted these pics. I was about to order one of these but you just made me realize they might interfere with the D-rings I have hanging off my AEV rear bumper. And way I could beg you to measure how far the tailpipes sit from center when you get a chance?

Thank you so much for posting this! I was just afraid they would come too close to the bumper and melt but if you're saying yours is ok, then I may order. Thanks again!

Best exhaust yet for a JK, IMO. Sounds great and gets rid of all the junk between the axle and bumper.

This is from a member here who posted a thread about his build

I thought it used to be with Flowmaster the lower the number, the louder the exhaust. Seems like they goofed up their own system.

I'm really torn on this... I like the idea the Magnaflow is bolt on and can be put back to stock, but the price is ridiculous for what you get. The Borla is the best sounding that I've heard, but that has only been via Youtube clips. Very hard to judge.

I just saw it. I hope it doesn't have that metal MF on the side of the pipes. Thinking it might have just been for TV. Sounded nice though.

+1
Good question - I need to know as well as I the same AEV bumper. While I don't run with the D rings mounted all the time, would like to know where the exhaust tips are in relation to the D-ring holes.

I was just looking to blacken out the Jeep and I thought the dual exhaust would give it a little attitude. A Jeep really wouldn't be my first choice for speed. Would buy an SRT.

If y'all think $500.00 is too rich for an exhaust muffler, try owning a Ducati
