Sorry, type-I. I did contact him for assistance, however I don't believe he is active any longer.

Hmmm. Someone in the 2014 waiting room posted that they had talked to him some time in the past month, I believe.

Trying to remember who it was, but my brain just won't hit on it. Let me see if I can remember or figure it out...

Victor1955 posted on December 4 that he was in touch with Mike. Maybe if you send Victor a PM he can give you some updated contact information.

Other alternative is, Mike works at Hayes jeep in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Should be able to google the dealership and get a phone number that way.

Good luck!

His profile says he last logged on Dec. 5, so it hasn't been too long ago.

I have sent him a couple of PM's and called to leave a voice mail. I got a $2200 price from my dealer for the same package, but they aren't happy about the price. That's gonna have to be good enough it seems. On the bright side, leaving more of the $$ with the local dealer is a good thing. Always try to feed the local businesses when I can (all else being equal or close).

I purchased a lifetime warranty from Mike Noble the week before last. I contacted him at Hayes Jeep, 866-627-5498. All the paperwork was done by email; a very painless experience, Mike is great to deal with.

Mike Noble works at Hayes Jeep in Kalamazoo, MI I think. His phone number is Cell 269-217-9219 or office 269-488-2080. I bought my lifetime entirely via Text messaging to Mike's cell. He's good and I've found no one that can beat his prices

??? As far as I know, Mike Noble will sell it to anyone in any state. It's a Chrysler factory warranty, not specific to any one state.

Can you purchase the lifetime waranty at any time or is there a mileage restriction?

I think it is cheaper before the 12k mile/ one year mark.

I think I might give Mike a text here in the next few minutes. Jeep goes in for it's 3rd appointment in the 3 months I've owned it. Owning this thing out of warranty scares me more than it ever did with my Audi.

Mike Noble was my initial contact when I started to ask about it. I also got Clay (username ClayR) to agree to help me with it when I finally buy my Wrangler. Clay may be able to help you if Mike does not get back to you in time. Good luck!

Just texted Mike 10 min ago. I'm in Miami Florida. He just replied about the state of Florida setting the rate and it is against the law to discount it in Florida. I guess the dealer wasn't lying after all. I'll have to buy the finance guy a coffee for negative thoughts. Mikes reply just now

"He is correct. FL sets the prices at retail rate and he cannot discount them."

For FL try: Chrysler extended warranty, Factory backed extended warranties for Dodge, Jeep and Chrysler vehicles. I've read of many people buying FL warranties online and not having any problems at all.

Sorry for late reply but got called to work. Did not do purchase at time of delivery-waited a couple of days. Airpark Chrysler in Scottsdale wanted $3100-told them I could purchase it from another dealer for $1980.00 and did it over the phone with my credit card.

I got a reply from Mike Noble confirming the $1985 price. My dealer still swears their cost is $2085 and will sell for $2185. Mike explained that their cost may be mandated higher than his by the state, or even Chrysler. I really want to keep the revenue local, support the local business, all that. My sticker went up $300 since I ordered (no papers signed at order time). We are proposing to pay them the $2185 if they honor the original price (eat the difference in the sticker). We think that is fair, give and take.

So maybe my tires and wheels will make into town tomorrow and we can wrap this up tomorrow evening.

I agree if they meet you half way. Also, if you have point rewards, use a credit card if able rather than add it to your financing. My dealer did not even hesitate to come down once I hit him with the cheaper price. Guessing customer satisfaction and future service work figured into the equation.

Good Luck

Anyone can PM me in the month of December and I will sell any Mopar Vehicle Protection at cost. For a vehicle within one year and 12,000 miles, cost is $1885 no tax for the Lifetime $100 deductible. PM me for other terms and mileage if you don't plan on keeping it past 7 years. You can also email me at clay@zellermotors.com.

There are THREE different books with different pricing and I will bet 50% of finance guys don't know the true cost because the dealer has it packed into the cost sheet.

It states that "Dealers in Florida are required by law to sell service contracts at the 'Suggested Retail' price."

Wonder how much campaign funds were contributed to include that little gem because I do not see in any way how that helps consumers.

Doesn't' say anything about dealer in other states selling them to Floridians.

You are price protected on your original price. It went up $500 on mine I ordered 8/19 and I have submit the claim and am now awaiting payment at our store. The Dealer should know how to do this. And I'm in Kansas if you want to keep the revenue somewhat close!

Hey, Clay.

Just be sure to remember me when I come calling/emailing in about 5-6 months. I need to get a few things (def: auto loans) taken care of before venturing in to purchase another one.

There is a good chance I won't remember my own name in 6 months, but don't worry, just contact me and reference this site and I'll take good care of you!
