have a 2.5 teraflex lift and I notice a vibration under my feet when taking off. Seems like RPMs are low and it stops once you hit around 1500 RPMs. I am wondering if it's the exhaust from the spacers I installed. Please don't tell me it's the drive shaft??!??!! I am wondering if because the divers are there it seems the whole exhaust have shifted to the rear. I think Y pipe needs to be cut. Will it stop the vibration???
If you can, find someone with a GoPro. Attach it to the front or side of your fuel tank skid and go for a drive. My guess is the exhaust is actually pushed too far down and back now and it's hitting the crossmember. You may need to grind/drill out the weld some more to allow the y pipe to slip inside.
Another option is to crawl underneath while the exhaust is cool and wiggle the pipes as much as possible and see if you can make it contact anything.
