Mirror relocation Bracket that isnt useless on the passenger side?

My question is...Is there any relocation bracket that puts the passenger side mirror out far enough to actually see it? I know i can get after market mirrors that may extend out far enough...Would rather keep the ones i use on my doors. WSY?

I use these:

They cost around $70 but I think they are well worth it.
