Look on their page for their post from Friday (7/19).

If you click the "claim" link, it'll email you a coupon to either print or show to your local dealer on your phone.

Nope, no BS. I tried it to validate. I've removed my name/email from it, but here's what I received:

I pay $30 for an oil change at my dealer but every other one is free. Makes it hard for me to justify doing it on my own.

I got a coupon for the same deal at the Denver Auto Show in April. Took it to the dealer and they signed me up. Got a letter from Chrysler verifying the purchase. Seems like a good deal.

It's a Chrysler service contract, you can do it thru your dealer. Just talk to one of the service writers. My store does it at $39.95 basically it's supposed to be buy one get three free.
