Mopar Softtop at Highway Speeds

Hey I've got a question real quick on the Mopar softtop.

When driving at highway speeds with the side windows out and the rear window rolled up, the "sail panels" flap...A LOT. Is this normal?

The tongue and groove retention system and the tension from the top seem to be holding the bottom in place ok, but just seeing if that was anyone else's experience...

sounds right. 65 mph wind hitting a flat piece of fabric. If it didn't flap, I'd give you a cookie.

Normal. I wrap the sail panels around the frame arms and secure with ball bungee when I take the windows out.
