I got an all silver Sahara 6wks ago and love it, congrats the all white was the only other color i considered ordering after seeing it in the NAIS in Detroit. The removal of the silver front and rear bumper color looks great, the only color it looks good on to me is a silver car. Was it just a cover stuck on? how did you remove it? the white tail light gaurds look great also. I also ordered the saddle interior(i wish there was a black leather option, but too late now), and think the saddle goes much nicer w/ the white than the silver, but i am partial Silver. Another question does your Sirius still work w/ the stubby flex antanae?
hey thanks man,,and congrats to you,,i also considered the silver, along with the all black,,white being first choice but the first dealer we went to said there were no white oneas available in the area,,but in the same sentence he argued with me that this was the "50th" and NOT the "70th" anniversary year..lol,,i couldnt help myself from not walking right away after i pointed it out on the "anniversary edition" he had right out front,,"what a douche" i could tell he just wanted a paycheck...and he also wanted $40,000 and tried pulling some bull about he could get us 0% interest.."immpossible"
anyhow after calming down and not burning his house down (i keed i keed) i decided o do some "white wrangler" hunting..i was able to find one 100 miles away (i know quite a trip, but you have no idea how bad i wanted white) and it was almost $10,000 cheaper..so that pretty much made up for the 100 miles...so i made the trip once, explained to the dealer where we were from, spent night in hotel, drove it home next day...i tell my wife everyday "its my lambo",, she laughs but totally understands..i frigin love this thing, soon as i soon as i drove it home i decided the next new "car" i get will definetly be another wrangler..
as for the gaurds, think they where $60,i had them sandblasted at a local shop and then i 3 parted the job through an auto sprayer,,i paint for a living so it was rather easy.
and the silver on the bumpers is just a cover that comes off with torx driver,,,the front one was easy just take it right off,,,the rear one had to be removed with bumper off because the hitch is blocking all the screws on the bottom,,but was still pretty easy.
Really nice! Seriously, I hate white vehicles and always have, but for some reason the JKU in white even makes my heart pound when I see one. They are just spectacular in any color.
You are going to love your decision

Your all white is sick. We did the same with our choice being all Det Yellow. We even drove out of town to get it as well. Nice touch with the rear light guards. Well done. I have not seen another Det Yellow in our town and have not seen any all white ones.
Luv the Detonator Yellow
