My 2011 JKU horn is going nuts!!!!

My family JKU that is always garaged and when I go to work gets parked in a garage started going crazy. Went to pick the kids up from my moms and shut the car off. As I get out with keys in hand the horn starts going off. I start the car and shit the door and it goes off. my son goes to open the tailgate and it goes off again like crazy! Shut the door it goes off. I get home, park the car and go upstairs and it goes nuts again! WTF! I read maybe a clock spring? This thing is babied. Where are the fuses located in case it goes off again and I need to pull them?

Facing jeep it's on the the left side under a square plastic box. All neat and Labeled. Fuse chart is in your owners book so u can find it first before you open the box cover.

First things first!,.....hit your door with a hose, a stiff brush, and some soap.
