My 2013 Stormtrooper JKU

Here is my stock for now 2013 STORMTROOPER JKU. I have wheels, tires and a small leveling 1.5" puck lift coming for it. So far I love this thing. Only 122 miles on it but thousands more to go.

Nice - its crazy how just getting some new wheels really changes the appearance of the jeep.

I put a TeraFlex rear hinge and tire carrier last week. I also put the TreaFlex Hi-lift mount but don't have a jack yet. I got the LoD rear bumper from a member on here.

Today I put a RR XHD front bumper with stinger on. The winch will have to wait for another day. I ran out of time.

Black out the hinges. It helps break up all the white. A hood decal or louver wouldn't be bad, either.

Installed my Rubi rails and ACE rock sliders today. I think I might give the winch and grill inserts a try tomorrow.

My buddy and I just installed a TeraFlex 2.5" spring lift with Bilstein 5100 shocks on my JKU today. The exhaust spacers were the hardest part. Everything else went just like the TeraFlex video just a lot slower. It took us 5 hours taking one short break after we had finished the rear. My Jeep had the TeraFlex leveling boost kit on it (pucks) but had drooped a bit after I installed front & rear bumpers, a winch and ACE rock sliders so I went with the spring lift to get it back up. It looks great!!! It is dark now so pics will have to wait till tomorrow.

I made up some bigger STORMTROOPER decals for my hood. I also made up a bunch of other smaller decals and just stuck them on. I'm going to scrape the smaller ones off and cut new ones so to space them better. I was going to cut a decal for my windshield but a TeraFlex one came with my lift kit. I still have to put the hood blackout decal on.

Thanks for the kind words.

I love the TeraFlex lift. It seems to still drive much like it did stock height. I have a TF monster track bar but I have not put it on yet. I just got the AEV correction brackets in the mail today. I'm going to put them on when I do the grade 8 bolt upgrade. I don't think I need the AEV brackets or TF track bar but maybe I just don't know what I'm missing. I'm very happy with how it drives now. I can drive on these pothole filled Philly streets with just a finger or 2 on the wheel. I also have no wobble at all and have been up to 75 mph on the highway.

Head unit, speakers F/R, sub/amp combo, 4 ch amp, backup cam, sPOD, lights and CB go on next.

I have everything I need except an RCA cable for the sub/amp combo. I'm doing all this at the same time so I can run all the wiring at the same time. I don't want to take the dash seats and roll bar padding and what ever else I need to remove apart more then once.

I'll update and try to get some pics of the install once I get started.

I got my TeraFlex Monster track bar installed today along with some of the grade 8 bolts.

Tomorrow might be the Bushwacker flat fender install day.

I got my new set of wheels and tires the other day and want the flats on before I put the new wheels and tires on.

My new wheels and tires are 315x75x16 BFG KM2's on 16x8.5 flat black MB 72's.

After the fenders I hope to have time to start on the head unit, speakers F/R, sub/amp combo, 4 ch amp, backup cam, sPOD, 2 sets of KC lights and my CB.
