My first Jeep. Finally.

Well last night I finally accomplished a dream of mine in owning a Jeep Wrangler.

I am being relocated to Montana from Phoenix, AZ and decided what the hell, if I'm going to move to Montana I better do it right. Helps that work allows me to pay for it as well

I grew up in the backseat of my dad's '93 with the doors and top always off because we didn't have ac in the desert.

Looking forward to all the great ideas and help. My mod list is already growing...

If your main concern is getting around town in up to 6" of snow, then the Subaru is a great car. My Impreza made it up the driveway in almost 9" of snow, which meant I never had to shovel the driveway (it's a long one). But it doesn't have the clearance or 4-low, so there were a few times I had to turn around (or really should have) that my Wrangler wouldn't have even stressed over.

I said that based on the pure smile this puts on your face. It's a guttural type of love. Something that hits you. Like I said I grew up in Wranglers. My last car was purchased based off my ex.. I did not enjoy driving it at all (50mpg was awesome though). But for once I wanted a vehicle I am proud to say I drive everyday. That will put a smile on my face and that I will find an excuse to go somewhere for something. I really considered a Subaru.. But the only one that puts that smile on my face is a WRX. But that equals more money and couldn't offer me that wheeling fun I want to have up in the back country. That doesn't say down the road I won't go out and buy an older WRX to have a little fun on the road.
