I would take it back up to them and tell them they have to fix it, or better hope it dries out. I got my radio and ac controls really we one time and it took two week before the heater started working again in the dead of winter totally sucked....

1. Did a dealership do this or Bob's car wash-o-rama?
2. Never...Never power wash your engine bay. The fuse box can be damaged or worse you can flood the intake.

It sounds like the fuses and or relays have been damaged in your case.

I really don't see how washing your engine bay messed up your radio unless they got some water in the fuse box. But that would knock out the whole radio not just some functions of it. I have powerwashed my engine bay countless times on all of my vehicles and never had any problems. Check to see if you can see any moisture/water and or blown fuses in the fuze box. If there is water or moisture in the fuse box dry it out... some type of forced air will make it quicker and see if that helps.
