Two weeks with new JKU, installed some additional parts and some still on order. Got doors wind deflectors from weathertech. Floor rubber mats, bug diflector, gas tank door, spare tire cover and door handles from Mopar. Ordered Mopar running boards since they are missing on my Sport S. Done first oil change with Mobile 1 synthetic 5w30 at 400miles and I guess I am done for now
I am thinking maybe later this year to get better tires and would need your suggestion on something like Firestone Destination AT or simmilar and size on stock rims.
It's the age of instant gratification. He didn't get a response within miliseconds of his post so we are arrogant.
FWIW I've always liked Firestone Destination tires and Firestone tires in general (you get the science of Bridgestone without the price). Used them on a couple of trucks I had in the past but never on my Jeep.
x2! Exactly! If you want more responses post some pics!
BTW, I just changed the oil in my wifes car, but I didn't start a thread about it. Now if my wife had been doing the oil change in a swim suit and I had photos to prove it... THEN it would be post worthy
Whoa there, you sound very entitled and act as if the people on this forum owe you something. No one here sold you your jeep, no one took any money from you and no one is obligated to answer any of your questions.
If anyone does, it's done out of the kindness of their heart. Don't ever accuse any of these people of being arrogant just because you didn't get your way and no one wanted to talk tire with you.
That being said, tires have been greatly discussed over and over and over again over the last few years. There's a search bar that's built into the forum that will allow you to search for threads that deal with tires. And you'll find plenty!
If you're still confused and need more help, feel free to post here and maybe someone will help you. Cheers bud! Keep enjoying that Jeep!
