Here are a couple of pics of my new Rubicon. Has 285/75/16 goodyear duratrac with MB TKO no center caps. No lift. No rubbing so far. Seems to have plenty of room to flex!
Nevermind, I looked them up. 16x8.5 with 18mm offset is about 5.5" backspacing. I wondered why they were still under the fender and that's why. Looks great.
The tires stick out about a 1/2 inch outside of the fender.
I didn't want them to stick out any more. If it was any wider
The tires would probably throw debris all over the side
Of the jeep.
Full lock No rub with room to spare.
Not sure but may rub while flexing off-road ?
I've spent some time backing up and backing
Down slopes at full lock and no rubbing.
I just ordered these tires with method wheels. Thanks for your pics. Give me a good idea of the look. Btw I love the MB TKO without the center cap!! I'll post when on my white JKUS.
