If that were me, I would strategically place a sh*tload of glue traps all over the engine compartment. People don't like them because they're cruel, but to a large rodent like a squirrel, it's merely an inconvenience until they free themselves or you release them. I'd give that little bastard a good long staring down until I'm pretty sure he got the point, then let him go, as I'm soaking him with the garden hose. I'm willing to bet he wouldn't be back after that...
