My tire decision was thrown for a loop

So yesterday, I had made the decision to put 17" wheels with the 265/70R-17 Nitto Terra Grapplers AT. Well Discount called and said the wheels I wanted where on a national back order and that he could do the same wheel in 18" with the Cooper Tire in a 265/65R-18 for the same price. This is a stock unlimited with 3.73 gearing, am I losing or gaining anything by going to the 18" wheel and the Cooper Tire. Looks like the Coopers have pretty good reviews and better wear rating then the Nittos. I could do the BF Goodwrench AT for a couple hundred more. Any advice is appreciated.

I sold my 18" e rated 33s, and dropped to a 16" d rated 33. Ride is much better.

If you are going to wheel don't go with the 18's. You will lose to much tire sidewall.
