My weekend projects

So I spent the weekend putting the finishing touches on my 08 Rubi. First up was bedlining the grill and removing the Jeep emblem. Second was the instal of the Smittybilt XRC10K winch. Third was the Drake hood latches. Lastly was the 1.5" Spidertrax wheel spacers. Didn't do a full write up as they were either straight forward or there was a previous write up done already.

Looks good! The bedlined grill looks good with the black rubi.

What's next? You can't be done already.

Thanks for all the compliments, forgot to mention I also did the locker over-ride. Just another quick and easy upgrade. Am I done? Both the checkbook and wife say yes but 35's and tube fenders are on the drawing board. But as you can see by the pink car seat I am rocking, just waiting for the kids to grow out of the car seats.

@ Mike, just read your build. Dam that is some quality work you have done. Very impressed!

Thanks.

Keep us posted on you build along with plenty of pictures.

Oh, by the way, the kids don't get cheaper as they get older. Just get them involved early and enjoy them along with the wife and Jeep.

Mike.

Your front end is looking really solid! I am trying to decide if I want a black "jeep" badge or no jeep badge at all. We'll see...

Are those the wireless Warn lights? What's with the bluish yellow tint to them? Yellow bulbs?

Orngcr8, they are the wireless fog lights but I just spliced into the factory fog light wires.

Casotakar, I had thought about it as well, but was afraid the black on black would look like I didn't prep and just sprayed over it.
