MyGig Playlists, etc.

I donít want to sound like a whiner but is it just me or is MyGig the most illogical music player ever?

I have the RER Ver 1.220 and it is lame. Why is there not a way to make playlists on the go or edit your music? You either have to import an entire folder of music to make a playlist (possibly duplicating songs) or delete your entire drive if you donít feel like a song fits in your repertoire anymore. I heard there used to be a jukebox function, but they decided to get rid of it.

Is there something Iím missing on operating this thing?

I have no problems deleting single songs from mine. The unit still plays Sat/Disc/Radio while it's loading stuff into the HDD.

I am running Version 1.220 and yes I have found that the only way to make a custom playlist is to import it as a folder. You can edit any playlist though and delete songs individually.

It won't play what is being uploaded but it will play the radio or satellite while copying. I have to say that the controls on the HDD player are pretty lame. Good thing I am not pre-occupied with it while I'm on the trail or road. I'm mostly concentrating on those boulders that might eat my differentials!
