Hit replay button while in Satelite mode. When u do the replay controls become visible. It will record up to 30 minutes of past songs and show them in a directory screen. You loose the songs if you change stations or shut radio off.

This tip made my day. Thanks.

I found that it even records Satellite while I'm listening to FM so when FM bores me, I can flip over to Sat and have 30 minutes of music to choose from. This is a very cool feature.

I'm glad you find the uconnect workable. I just bought the kit for it and am planning on getting it wired up next week. I have the sat radio with a multi-disc in it - didn't know the hard drive record feature was there - i'll have to try that one. Great tip!
