There was a bulletin on the radio. The dealership had to order a new software version. They said, they put the new software disc into "their" computer and then they program my radio. They said to give them an hour, I really don't know how long it took it was about an hour. The software was free but they wanted to charge me $100 to program it. The dealership that I purchased it from paid the $100 fee.
