Best bet would be to ask the dealer. It's not a secret.

Found this online; may or may not be accurate:

24S Customer Preferred Order Selection Pkg -Inc: 3.8L V6 Engine, 4-Speed Auto Trans, 17" X 7.5" Aluminum Wheels, Chrome/Leather-Wrapped Shift Knob, Deep-Tint Sunscreen Windows, Leather-Wrapped Steering Wheel, P255/75R17 On/Off-Road Owl Tires, Pwr Door Locks, Pwr Windows W/Front One-Touch Down, Pwr Heated Exterior Mirrors, Remote Keyless Entry, Security *W/Gch Half Metal Doors, Deletes Pwr Door Locks, Pwr Windows, Remote Keyless Entry, Security Alarm* *Upon Selection Of This Pkg, The Cost Of Powertrain Components Will Be Added*

Is that everything? Hard to tell...I found that on a dealer's website for an '11 Sport S, but they had other Preferred Packages listed, too. Kinda confusing.

I'm sure there's a key online somewhere. Probably just gotta hit on the right search phrase to find it.

Cool.

All that junk might as well be written in Greek, far as I'm concerned. The auto industry needs to take a page outta the McDonald's handbook. That way you could stroll into the dealership and say, "Gimme a black '12 Rubi w/ Uconnect on the side, and hold the hardtop."

Much better.

I THINK the 24G designation simply denotes the Sahara model (G) and an auto transmission (24). Could be wrong.

If you wanna know for sure, the easiest way would be to PM Pat@FieldsAuto.com. Pat's here on the forum, and sells Jeeps down in Chicago. Pretty much our resident sales expert, and a Jeep-driving fool, to boot.

Hit him up, he'll tell you what 24G means.

Outside some simple Google searching, I am not worried enough about it to do much more lol.
I just saw it on my build sheet and asked myself, "wtf is that"....

Now I might be more interested if it had a K after the 24 with the price of gold these days! I am still kicking myself for not buying when gold was 600$ an ounce
