Need some help

Hello all,
I just bought a 2009 jk 4 door. I am wanting to add an after market bumper, but am umsure of what some options are. I unfortunately do not have lots to spend. I'd love to get somehing umder $500 but may save some more for what I would like. So this is what I would like to get:

A heavy duty bumper that I can mount a winch, self recover, use d-rings, has a grill guard, and that I can push a car with (hopefully they make such a beast)

I definitely do not want a stinger style bumper as I do not like these styles.

My other question is, what is the minimum sized, and average size winches that I would want to get for self recovery?

I appriciate anyone's help and suggestions.

An 8000 lb winch is pretty much the minimum for a JKU. Don't need to go bigger than that, though, unless you anticipate a lot of use.

For mud, snow, inclines, etc, you might consider something like a 9K or 9.5K winch. And look into getting synthetic line, as it'll save weight and is less dangerous if it snaps during use.

As for the bumper, you're pretty much on your own. You'll get some recommendations, but only you really know what you're looking for, and what you like.

Here's a couple threads with photos to get you started on that road:
