New Battery, Power door locks ?

For the past couple of starts over the past week I had to jump the JK. Today went to start it and it wouldn't jump start, I had to start it with a battery charger. Changed out the battery and took it to a couple of auto parts stores and they show it is charging and all components are good. So, when I went to unlock the power door locks only the drivers door would unlock. The passenger door and tailgate will lock but will not unlock. I wouldn't think it is a fuse or such being that the lock switch will operate the lock cycle. Any Ideas ?

Try hitting the button twice? I think on stock one push is drivers side door only and two quick ones unlocks the passenger and rear gate. I used the manual to program mine to one button open all. Maybe that is what you are used to and the dead battery reset the programming?

Thanks Wally, I think , but not sure if I tried that. Do you have the info on programming the locks. This is a 2007 JK. Thanks.

Mine is a 2013 but this is from page 21 of the 2007 owners manual...

To Unlock the Doors and Swing Gate
Press and release the “Unlock” button on the key fob once to unlock only the driver’s door or twice to unlock all the doors and swing gate. When the “Unlock” button is pressed, the illuminated entry will initiate, and the parking lights will flash on twice.

The system can be programmed to unlock all the doors upon the first “Unlock” button press by using the following procedure:
1. Press and hold the “Lock” button on a programmed key fob.
2. Continue to hold the “Lock” button at least 4 seconds, but not longer than 10 seconds, then press and hold the “Unlock” button.
3. Release both buttons at the same time.
4. Test the feature while outside of the vehicle, by pressing the “Lock/Unlock” button on the keyfob.

Ok Thanks. I see this info is for the key fob. I'm referring to the door auto unlock switch inside of the doors above the armrest. Again, the doors will lock when you press the door power button once down. However, only the drivers door will unlock, and the other door and swing gate will not. I believe it is in the programming but where ? Thanks.
