New Front Bumper!

Here's my new JCR Offroad front bumper. Rear with tire carrier is on UPS to be delivered next week. Recon 10500 winch is mounted on bumper.

Looks nice!

What are the advantages & disadvantages of the Recon over something like the Warn 9.5 cti-s with new synthetic (sp) cable?

To be honest, the advantage is price. The Recon has received great reviews and I couldn't find anything negative about it. I haven't used it yet. Maybe in a couple of months I'll be able to give my own review on it. I can't endorse something that I haven't put to a test yet.

I got the Recon with wired and wireless remotes for $475.00

Recon 10,500 lbs Winch which is fully waterproof and has a Wireless Remote and Synthetic Rope + an Accessory Kit comprising of a 10ft Tree Saver / Tow Strap, 2 Bow Shackles and a Snatch Block and Free Neoprene Waterproof Cover.
If it fails, the Warn 9.5 is next.
