New Rear Bumper thoughts

Huge area I know, wife was hit in rear and scratched the bumper up on her 2013 (only 3000 miles , the Honda needs a hood, new bumper assy, center punched the rear hitch). Now I have convinced her to go to a beefier bumper without overkill. She doesn't want the tire carrier on it and I would like to keep the stock hitch without having to do any cutting or welding so bolt on only. I have rock crushers on our TJ but can't decide for her JK. Her budget is 500-1000 she said. Any good thoughts and pics would be appreciated. She non wheels except for snow and occasional mud in our area.
Thanks!

all 3 of the above look great !!

eightshb on the smitty do the ends fit pretty flush to the outside fender flares and are the ends pretty solid as far not flexing much. I like the thought of cutting down on the debris packed into the bumper from snow/salt/mud.
thanks.
Tim

The ends fit flush to wheel well plastic and do not extend past the fender flares
