im going to go out on a limb and say yes, more than likely there have been soft top leaks from 2007 to present. do a quick search on here and you will find plenty of threads with pictures and resolved problems. (the search function is on the top bar, directly under the "wrangler forum" banner

and welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the forum. I have a 2010 Sahara with the Sunrider top. No leaks and it has been in some real downpours.

No leaks here and many trips through afternoon thunderstorms here in sunny FL except once when I had reinstalled one of the door trim frames incorrectly.

I've had my 2010 rubi since December and have had no leaks. I did notice that the insulation was a little loose and reseated it before anything happened. Check to make sure all of the insulation pieces creating the seal are in place.

YES! I have a 2010 2 door, even in moderate rain, the carpet on the tire wells on both sides are accumulating moisture. Rolled the back seat up at the dealer today and the cavities below the seat anchors were filled with water. Dealer had it all day today and said they spent about 3 hours dousing it with water and couldn't find anything. It seems to me that the water is working through the stitching, if you lift the "flaps" that hide the zipper along the top of the back windows, you can see water dripping down to the zipper itself. They told me that we'd look at it again when the parts come in for the recall. ARGGGHH.

No leaks on my 2010 but I did have to super glue the foam pieces back down in the front corners. No problems...

Dealerships LIE!
I have had my 07 "X" in multiple times and each time it's the "play dumb" act...they do this on purpose to discourage you from being persistent, and then BINGO! Your warranty has expired...Bastages!
There is a method to their "dumbness"
They also played this game with my back window zipper...said they would replace the window, ordered the WRONG window, but I took it anyway and gave them an older scratched up one...then over a couple weeks time nothing! I called and he said "oh...your warranty (3 years, not mileage) had expired recently, so we can't take care of it." I will go elsewhere for future work that I can't do myself...

also if you are not looking for this type of leak becasue you never check the rear of the jeep you need to check after it rains...it may have been leaking for a long time and you wont even know it
