Again, your personally invited to follow me anytime you wish. I'll even put gas in your rig if you wanna come on over. By the way my sahara in the avatar was the second day I had it. It's might look a little different now.

Just give me plenty of notice when you plan on hitting the trails with me, gotta make sure my kids don't have soccer practice that day.

This is ridiculous.

As to offroad capabilities, the only difference between a Sport and Sahara is the wheels/tires. And frankly, the truly stock wheels/tires for the Sport (the 16" steelies and accompanying road tires) are no better than the 18" wheels and road tires that come with the Sahara. So it's a wash. Further, many folks on this board are going to change wheels/tires anyway, so it truly makes no difference. And as of 2011 the Sahara actually comes with a better stock suspension than the Sport.

The argument thus ignores the suspension and boils down to power windows (which are options on the Sport anyway) and body color fenders (which are not). Neither makes any difference as to offroad capability, though the fenders are admittedly perhaps a minor maintenance issue.

So, to summarize: Minor maintenance issue = Mall crawler; No minor maintenance issue = Offroad master.

Stupid.

The thing about wrestling a pig in the mud that you have to eventually realize is that the pig enjoys it.

Same thing trying to argue with a troll.
