what is the difference or meaning of jK TJ and YJ?

There are hundreds of threads explaining this. There is no meaning other than model year/ body designations. Google "jeep history" and you can read all about it.

Felt like throwing it out there lol

Jk - 07-Current year model
Tj - 97-06 model years
yj - 87-96 (Not 100% sure but assuming due to 10 year remodel cycle)
