Newb's 1st Jeep, '08 Unlimited Rubicon

I'm picking up this '08 Rubicon Unlimited, 43k miles. My intentions are to drive it through the summer, then sell it. It has a couple of items I need to address, tires, seats, and bumpers. My question is, from a resale stand point, do I go back totally stock or go with something else?

It looks like all of these items are commonly upgraded by Jeep enthusiasts.

Why are you modding it if you just want to sell it. You will sell the jeep for more money if you mod it, but a general rule is that you get 10-30% back of what you paid for mods so you end up losing money. Rubicons hold their value the best out of any jeep. That being said, they fetch a premium right before the summer, not after

Replacing tires is a must. They are bald. Seat bases have burn holes in 3 of the 4. Both bumper skins are doinked. The bumpers are the only thing I think I could get by with not doing before selling.

Seat covers? Bumpers, you can find OEM replacements real cheap.

Looks like I'll hit the forum Classifieds and find the bumpers. The seat cushion covers will be factory I guess. And it's off to Craigslist for the tires. Wish me luck.

Oh, after driving this, I'm afraid it could be a keeper. I think will go most of the places my KTM's will. Plus maybe a few more.

Obligatory pic. Threads without pics are lame.
