I found this beer while camping last weekend. It's heaven in a can.

I.....LOVE....English beer. LOVE IT.... Boddington's is one of my favorites. Sam Smith, Fuller's, Tetley's, Young's....all awesome. New Castle, Bass are solid...but too popular. I've been to London a couple of times and I can't get enough of "their" beer.

I have a Boddington's tap handle on my kegerator....and English beer is one of the reasons why I have nitro/beer gas available along with two stout taps. I'll take an an ale, dump most of the CO2, and put it on nitro just so I can enjoy to smooth texture.

Most over-rated stout? Guinness.... I've never had it on tap in Ireland...but I've had it on tap in Scotland (where it did taste a lot better....and where they have two taps...normal....and "cold"...for us silly Americans....I went with normal....and "borrowed" the pint glass). I sometimes get the nitro cans of Guinness at Costco because I love dark stouts....but Guinness isn't the best tasting IMO.....just the most popular.

I prefer the taste of Murphy's Irish stout (nitro can) over Guinness......and one I really love is no longer available in the states....Beamish Irish stout.

HaHaHa! You certainly did, sir, and I am in your debt! In fact, I'm online with my Brother in law right now who is trying his first Murphy's (he loves it). I make sure to give a silent toast to you every time I open one of these creamy stouts!
