OEM vs. Aftermarket Windshield

Hello!
Thoughts on durability, clarity, etc. of OEM vs. aftermarket glass?

I'm in the same $500 boat. What did you pay for the aftermarket? Any thoughts on Plexiglas? I'm getting a lot of hits.

There is only a few (two or three) glass windshield manufacturers. Your OEM glass and your Aftermarket glass are one and the same. Federal safety standards dictate that they both have the same lamination.

The only thing I'd be concerned about is the installation, as a poor install will result in leaks, and possibly safety concerns in a collision due to poor bonding; a quality install will last the life of the vehicle, and be safe.
