Official Differences Between the Rubicon X & 10th Anniversary?!

I've been reading a lot about the Rubicon X and the 10th Anniversary on separate posts, however couldn't officially legitimize the differences between the two (via Google at least). Anybody have any clue what are the differences (if any) other than red leather and badging?

Also, on a side note, what are the differences with the 2013 & 2014's? I read there are only 3 cosmetic ones, but couldn't find out which 3 (with exception of new slush mats?)

The front turn signals are clear and use a different style and color (of course) of bulb from 13 to 14. Not sure what the others are but now I'm curious, I have one at the shop now...will have to look more closely.

Isn't there perhaps a 1/2 inch height difference between the 10A and X?

Oh, and the X doesn't have KM2 tires, right?

The three 13 vs. 14 changes that I am aware of are:

Clear lenses on turn signals
New floor mat retention points
New oil filter, which is not backward compatible

The 10A is lifted 0.5" to 1.0", has a red leather seat option, 32" BFG KM2 tires, and several 10A badges.

The other differences are between the '13 and '14: two secure points for floor mats, clear turn signal lenses, and a different oil filter on the '14.

I don't know why they changed the oil filter, but I do know the new part number has been posted in either the 2014 information thread or the 2014 waiting room thread.

I wonder if the .5" height difference between the 10A and the X is just the larger tire size?

Looks like to keep current with the exterior looks of the '14 one would only need those front clear turn signals (albeit I do like the amber lenses).

On a different note, I have a '13 JKUR, and was able to get a hold of '13 10th Anniversary bumpers. If anybody tells you it's a direct bolt on replacement... Let me tell you it's NOT. (Not that it's difficult, but be prepared to drill new holes through the chassis, and switch out the "L" brackets that hold your rear bumper in place (amongst other small things).

Me Too if Jeep ever gets it into the dealer's ordering system. So far I can't get Jeep to even admit they exist.

So when the X comes out, are there going to be a million more "What type of tires fit an X?" or "What floor mats for the X" type of threads? The 10A guys never seemed to get that they just bought a rubicon.

It's those small things that being out the questions. For instance... I can no longer use my normal hitch with my 10A (or Rubi X) take-off bumpers. (albeit I do enjoy those small differences).

AND for those of you whom are looking to install the rear passenger tow-hook on regular Rubicon's... Keep in mind you're going to have to DRILL through the chassis (up to 1/8") so have that forged bit ready.

You have connectivity listed under both, it's actually standard on both as is the remote USB port. Drive height adjuster is standard on all JKs, so that really doesn't belong on the list either.

Ok. I was going by the list posted by jkurz wild. I thought seat adjuster was a strange entry on the list.

Finally got confirmation from my dealer and Jeep directly that the "X" will be available for order for limited time, basically until they run through the 10th Anniversary parts they have left. Got my order in!

why not? just remove the spacer plate, and it should be good to go? I just installed a RR hitch for a standard 13 wrangler on my 10A

10A tires are actually shorter and wider than the standard rubi tires on the X. So the ride height difference is actually due to different springs.

Lol...but when you pay 40k+ you want to feel special, and decals allow you to traverse things the rest of us older Rubi owners can only dream of doing..lol!
