I can't really think of much. A lot of the year-to-year changes between 07 and 2011 were to the non-Rubicon models, like the standardization of Dana 44 and the standardization of tow-hooks/fog lamps in the bumper. Also, 4-doors (Dunno about 2-doors) were available in a 2wd-only option for a year or two. I'm thinking the Rubi stayed mostly unchanged until 2011 when it got the new interior and then 2012 when it got the 3.6 and 5-speed auto.
Pretty much everything on a JK's been around a while and is proven. Dana 30s/44s, the 3.8's been around since the late-80s/early-90s dark ages, the 42RLE 4-speed auto is a modified 42LE that's been around since the early 90s, and the NSG370 6-speed manual's been around a while on a wide range of applications (From Wranglers to the Crossfire...) and is pretty much bomb-proof.
