Outside Mirrors

Does anyone else have a problem with the factory mirrors? It seem that I can never get them adjusted just right. If they are set for seeing traffic, then I can't see my fenders when backing into the garage. I tried the cheapy round "blind spot mirrors" but couldn't find a location that let me see my fenders without obscuring rear vision. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Sam

Fish eye mirror in the lower outside corner works well for me. I'm not so concerned about seeing my fender but I want to see within about a foot of it.

We have small square mirrors on the outside corner of both our jeep's mirrors. It's worth losing a little bit of long distance real estate to have the close up view when trying to back into parking places. You can usually lean forward/back/side to get a decent view to make up for what you lose with the corner mirror.

I'm 6'1" so maybe persons height dictates their view, but mine seem to be pretty good. However the halo's of the silver vents in the mirrors with the windows up isn't helping.
