Over heating

So I went wheeling this weekend. Now my JK over heats with normal driving. Cant see anything ob iously wring with it, washed out the radiator good ( lot of mud and muddy water ).

Any ideas? It has the double radiators, do i need to open them up and clean between?

You might. I know when I get my quad muddy I like to clean it good and put a shop light behind the rad and look through the rad from the front to make sure I have all the mud out. You would be surprised what you have missed when you think you have it all.

You will also want to check and make sure your fan is coming on to.

Yes. Reclean radiator. Uv got mud and debri between the cooling fins for sure. If u mud a lot, carry a large piece of cardboard and bungy to front of ur grill as u go thru and take it right off after submersion. An old trick, but a good one.
I would seperate rads (trans/eng) enough to clean between carefully.
Keep up the fun!
