Owner's Manual hard copy

Yeah, I know 'The search button is your friend' but I just need to know how/where to write for the hard cy. Do the CD is little more than worthless ...one really needs it in the vehicle.

So do you email them, call, or what. Address ?

You're right, there are several threads on this. I don't have the number at hand but find the Chrysler "800" customer service number, call them and they'll ship it to you right away.

Thanks to all for the replies.

Actually the number to call is 1-877-847-7166 which is the publication dept. They will provide the OM, Warranty book, and Media Center guide if you have an upgraded radio. You will eventually get transferred to this number if you just call the Customer Assist number above.

Just called (02/27/13) 877-847-7166: it is no longer in service. You will be redirected to Chrysler brand specific numbers. RG

This is the number I used. It was posted on the User Guide that was in the green pouch. They will ask for your VIN when you call. They will also send you a Warrenty, and Radio booklet.

FROM 2012 USER GUIDE - INSIDE COVER
If you are the first registered retail owner of your
vehicle, you may obtain a complimentary printed
copy of the Owner’s Manual, Navigation/Media
Center Manuals or Warranty Booklet by calling
1-877-426-5337 (U.S.) or 1-800-387-1143 (Canada)
or by contacting your dealer.
The owner manual fits perfectly into the glove box. I would still recommend downloading a pdf and keeping it on your smartphone. Jeep Owners | Download an Owners Manual 2004 - 2011 | Jeep
