I got the Paramount front with LEDs and ear with tire carrier from JeepAddOns on Friday. Scott gave me great service and an excellent price. Less than $900 shipped for all.
There isn't a lot of firsthand info that I could find about these bumpers, so I'll add some of my experiences/thoughts.
Both bumpers came with D-Rings. 4 in total.
There were no blemishes on either bumper and no missing bolts. No instructions though. The bumpers were packed incredibly well. Inner layer of foam wrap, then a layer of cardboard, then a layer of plastic wrap and shipping tape, all enclosed in boxes.
The hardest part of the install for me was getting the stock front bumper off. The air damn and cover plate screws were a bitch. Ended up ripping the air dam off and dremeling the screws and nuts.
I installed both bumpers by myself in the garage with hand tools in about 4 hours.
After the first try the rear tire was tilting out and I didn't like the look. I pulled the spare tire off, loosened all the bolts, then inserted my receiver hitch into the receiver and used my floor jack to lever it up. I used a level to get it leaning a little inboard then tightened the bolts back up. Looks much better now.
I have a 2012 JKU and I didn't have to relocate the vacuum canister.
As others have said, the instructions for wiring the LEDs on the front bumper suck. They included a box that's supposed to make the outboard LEDs works as DRLs but I haven't tried wiring them up yet. The round LEDs are 4 LEDs each and the straight center ones are 5 LEDs each.
I'm running 35s and I set the piece that holds the tire to the tire carrier at it's lowest setting. I still have an inch or two of clearance between the tire and bumper. I left the stock tire bumpers on for now. I'll either take them off completely or change them to Daystars. They're a bit squished with the way I have the bumper set now.
I drove it for 300 miles yesterday with the top off and there was a little rattling when I hit potholes and such, but not enough to notice if you aren't looking for it.
If you're concerned about cops, you'll want to get a license plate relo kit. The tire mechanism locking handle blocks the rightmost letter of my plate. Also, you'll need a new 3rd brake light.
The rock crawler bumper with LEDs is a mid-width bumper.
I highly recommend this combo to anyone interested and I recommend contacting Scott at JeepAddOns as well.
