My soft top leaks above passenger door were rubber flap overlaps the window brace. Everytime it rains my floor is wet. Its a Jeep thing... not necessarily a bad thing though I just dont worry about it.

Just a thought but have you been watching your temp gauge? Often a heatercore going bad drains into the passenger floorboard. That being said i also get a puddle in my passenger floor mat when it rains.

My passeger door leaks along the lower front portion of the door.

I just removed the carpet but if you want to look for a bad door seal here's what to do.

Have a friend shine a bright flashlight in along the door seam while you look from the inside.

See light, see leak.

I dont know how the climate is in Kansas, but where I live a wet interior is necessarily a bad thing.
TrueNorth, if your Jeep is under warranty, you may want to get it fixed. I am not sure how musty smells and toxic mold affects your health, your total satisfaction, or resale value of the vehicle.

Thats interesting the same thing happens in my 2011 Unlimited rubicon. I thought I was crazy. lol I was thinking maybe the cold air was just condensing under the floor mat. Good points though there may be leakage in the door somewhere. BUT it is a jeep so im not worried

My passenger side leaks too. Finally found it leaking around the front of the passenger door. I got inside with a flashlight and my husband started squirting the jeep with a hose until I saw where the water was coming from. Door seals are expensive though.

^ I have a space where my halfdoor meets the window in the front. It doesn't leak water but I can feel a draft of air while driving. I'm thinking of filling that space with something other than paying for those expensive door seals. Maybe good quality weather stripping or something of the like.

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could.
