Pentastar Engine Air Filter

I just passed 25k and figured it might be a good time to change the air filter. Dealer pulled my VIN and gave me part number 5303401AE. I've confirmed that this is the correct part for the 07-11 3.8L. Does anyone know if the 3.6L kept the same air filter? I searched to no avail. I just want to make sure I have the right filter before I rip open the box. Thanks in advance.

According to K&N the filter is the same as the 3.8L.

I would guess the regular filters are the same also.

That's encouraging! Maybe I'll just man up and take out the old filter and verify.

Google the part # on your new filter, you should be able to find the specs on it.

Yes, it's the same filter. K&N and AEV also use the same in-box filters for the 07+ jeeps.

It's the same one. We have both engines and it was exact same part # on both when we switched to k&n.
