pic request..true blue

I was all set on deep cherry after the commando green I ordered was not what I expected then I saw a pic of a lifted true blue....I liked it.

I have searched everywhere and can not find it again. I am hoping someone can provide a good pic of a 2DR True Blue with a mild lift and black wheels. I am really torn between the two and would like to see some true blue 2DR versions modded if I can. Not really wanting a sport model and the Sahara is mostly what I would need.

The color kind of grew on me after I saw one lifted with the saddle and leather interior. The whole package just went well together and the black wheels look nice with the dark blue.

The internet has plenty of true blue pics however not many with a lift and tires/wheels. I have checked the threads here and most are pics of the freedom edition with no mods. If this should be moved to the true blue thread feel free to do so however I thought a more specific request thread would be better for me.

Someone on here has a true blue JKU lifted with black wheels that looks very sharp... I think it might be badoldross sp? But I can't recall seeing a 2dr. True blue was my second choice of color, I like it a lot.

Yeah... only ones I'm seeing are JKUs.

BadOleRoss and Tomgillotti have lifted JKU softtops.

Here is a mock-up someone did in another thread. Keep in mind that it is photoshopped...

Here's mine, have almost two weeks now and I absolutely love it. It's not lifted yet but you get the idea of the color.

Truebluejk your Sahara is perfect and if you lift it and add wheels it would be exactly what I am hoping to have for myself. After searching for days I am starting to see not many people have the True Blue Jeeps.

I see a few Freedom Editions but again nothing lifted with wheels and tires.

It's a great color. A lot of people thought it was too dark or too purple. I think it is fantastic.

Go to Anchorage Jeep's website. Go in their new vehicle showroom and go to Wrangler. They have a Wrangler, semi-jacked up with black wheels you can change the colors on to see them all. Just was looking for a picture of one and stumbled on it. For the record, I got a True Blue Sahara Unlimited with the body colored hard top and I love it and it gets tons of looks and compliments on the color.

Ross that is a nice Jeep you have and the height is just right as I like that stance. I really do not see any true blues on the road and wonder why they are not more popular.

Regardless the lack of them on the roads make me like this color much more. Yes I actually really like plain old jet black but every other Jeep I see is either black or silver.

Still amazed that this color has been out a while and not much shows up on a search. I have tried "wrangler true blue lifted"...."True Blue JK modded"...and even "show your Blue 2013 Jeep" and get nothing. I am liking it more each day and now it is a toss up between deep cherry and true blue.

VERY NICE. I looked for True Blue but couldn't find it anywhere in Eastern PA, DE or W NJ so I bought the Cosmos Blue.

I originally ordered a JKUR in true blue. I had just come from a black JK and the more I looked at true blue the more I thought it wasn't that much different from black. So I ended up with DCR. I love my red, so my vote goes to DCR!! Either color is gonna be SWEET though

Tom that link you posted was the first thread I found on my original search. I saw many nice Jeeps in there however many were deep water blue or cosmo. I actually like that deep water blue however the True Blue is all I can get for now.

I refuse to wait for anvil as it may or may not even make it to production. If it does it may not be available on anything other than 10th anniversary rubicon....blah blah of course Jeep gives us nothing to go on yet.

I may try to wait for Dune just to see it in person however for now it is hard to go wrong with the Deep Cherry or True Blue.....now I must choose between tan or black leather.

It is really nothing like black. Did you choose only based on photos?

I love the deep water blue as well. Almost held off to try to find a used one.... I'm very happy with my True Blue!! Glad I went this direction!

esimn78 while it is not a 2DR that is a good shot of both colors together and thank you for the time to add it. This makes it tough to decide as I really like both colors.

I think it will come down to what exterior color looks best with the saddle interior and tan leather. I have seen deep cherry with saddle/leather in person and this combo is really beautiful. I am looking locally trying to find any true blue with saddle/leather to compare.
