Pics of 2-Tone Interior with Doors Off

Wife isn't into the 2-Tone interior and thinks it would look better all black.
I actually like 2-Tone. Dealer chimed in and said 2-Tone is not popular .
Any pics would help

If you are talking about the factory Saddle Brown interior I'm sorry but I agree with her.
Didn't care too much for the black & brown mix, might have looked better with 2 shades of brown or something else.
I had black Katskins installed in mine by the dealer so mine is all black.
I have seen some here on the forums with 2 tone interiors that looked great tho, so there is hope if you really want a 2 tone.
IMHO = Two tone interior gets a thumbs up if done right.
Factory 2 tone ---ehhh, not so much.

I tend to agree with her as well. But I want leather and the two tone seats are the only factory option....it is starting to grow on me though (I ended up getting deep cherry red because so many exterior colors I thought looked odd with the tan seats). I figure if I have it a few years and it still bothers me I can always replace them. It does seem odd that there would only be one color offered though.

We both want leather, however, with all black interior, the choices for aftermarket leather really only leaves black and charcoal as choices. Needless to say, those are HOT choices in the summer!

I seem to be the odd man out, but the brown leather is what sold me. I really didn't care to get leather until I saw the saddle color. I figured with the top off, it may not get quite as hot as black either. I can already tell that the temperature of the seats is much cooler than the black arm rest/storage compartment in between them.

I wasn't thrilled with the factory color choices either. A nice light gray would have worked too.

Just a thought... I really like it with my white exterior. I haven't seen one with it, but saddle may look a little odd matched with orange or even blue exterior, if it's available in these combinations. I'm not sure what color you are looking at, but I guess it all just comes down to personal preference.

If you get the Katskins leather thru the dealers (most have the option available to install leather) they have a good assortment of colors of leather available. My dealer had swatches of colored leather from your basic black to yellow, orange, blue, several shades of red etc. Check em out, might find something you like.

I just converted to all black. Of course it was a rattle can job.

Don't have pics with the seats in. Just this one when I was redoing the bed.

Might give you an idea of the all black look.

Seems I'm the odd man out too. I love the tan interior. I personally think all black is very bland, like sitting in a featureless abyss. I never understand the Aston Martin's, Ferrari's, Lamborghini's, etc. that people get in black on black. Literally ever facet of the interior is customizable. You can have 10 different hues if you want, between the stitching, the piping, the headliner, the dash top, bottom, etc. Yet so many people just get black on black. Drives me nuts. I have never purchased a vehicle with a black inside, which is one of the main reasons why I always have to order to get what I want.

Obviously given the popularity of black interiors, this is just my $0.02 and far from fact, but I love anything with color and contrast!

Edit: Felt bad posting that right after you (MattD) posted pictures of your black inside above ^^^^. It looks good, to each his own! Didn't feel right ranting about black insides following the work you put in to your interior!

No problem.

Believe me, I don't take anything personal on the forum. Great thing about a Jeep is that they can be personalized for each individual taste.

One reason I went with black was that it was originally gray and marred up pretty bad. Brighter colors only highlighted the nicks, scratches, and scrapes over the years. Since it was a black exterior (I have no plans of a new paint job) and the bedliner is black, that's what I went with. Made everything a lot easier to do.

I like it best at night with an all black interior and all the dash lights switched over to red LED's I put in. All I need is a Darth Vader helmet.

One thing I should point out is that when it comes to the outside I didn't like the all black on black. My hardtop was black and I felt the look of the Jeep profile got lost. I went two-tone on that and painted the hardtop a sand stone color.
