I recently removed a plasti-dip rock guard from my hood (i needed to redo it). There was absolutely no sign it had ever been on the hood. It peeled off in one piece in 20 seconds.

Damn! $8.99 a can! Ouch. I picked mine up at Home Depot for 5.68 a can. Of course, if you don't have a HD near you, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Haha. First up for me is the grill in the morning. If I like how it comes out, I'm planning on hitting the windshield brackets and probably the hinges as well. Wheels won't be too far behind.

Took me about 4 hours from the time i took off the grille to the time i put it back on. Overall a much easier process than i expected it to be

Yeah, I figured it wouldn't take too long. Some pretty quick drying stuff. So, where are the pics of it installed? Lol.

I did my windshield brackets with plasti dip and they held ok for a few days. the bugs tore the stuff right off. maybe the prep work wasn't good enough but no problems with the bedliner with practically no prep work on them. good luck to yall.

Yea the first two coats are usually sloppy looking. The 3rd and 4th really make it look great. Yours looks great right now.

4 coats on mine now. Just waiting for it to fully dry. Got some running around to do, so I'll install it this evening.

I just popped the lenses out. Only 2 small clips holding them in. I did tape off the weather strip at the too though. Just used blue painters tape.
