Poo Green (what's the real paint color name)?

Technical question (not really), but I am color challenged.

I was in Silverton Colorado last summer (pre 2012) and came across a
shade of green that looked like baby poop. Pretty disgusting at first glance, so appalling I thought it might be fun to own. It wasn't the bright green of '06, or like my '08 forest green.

I don't know if it was "rescue green". Am going to get another JKU for daughter. Any idea? thanks in advance.

I think they call it "rescue" green since it needs to be rescued from its awfulness...

There is one up the street from me in that color.
It's a color that seems to work well with chrome or black accents.

hey! thats the color of my sahara, if you are not going to call it rescue green, the politically correct name is "skittle green" as per my daughter.

Lol, it's definitely a color that needs to grow on some people. A coworker hated it when I got mine, now he wants it...

It's very Hot Wheels/Matchbox-y, which is by no means a bad thing!

It's actually more of a puke green than a poo green.

I have a 07JKU “Tequila-Guac-Vomit” Green Jeep.

It was the only jeep on the lot when they 1st came out and I had no choice but to buy it given my current car was DOA and I needed something new ASAP. Better to be in an ugly jeep than a nice colored car any day.

I hoped the color would grow on me but I grew to hate it.

That's great, I love it.

Now for as the color; sometimes I see one and think it's the coolest jeep out there. Then there's times its butt ugly.

Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where he dated a gal that look really good except in certain light she was hideous.

Seriously, don't know what you all are eating if that's what you're identifying as "poo green"...

Whenever we see that color on the road, it sparks fun family memories. In 2006, Jeep held a promotion where they let 6000 Jeep Rescue geocaching travel bugs across the country right when we started 'caching. Holy crap, did we ever hike some to some hairy peaks just to get our hands on 'em, and we'd replace them in other, just as difficult to get to places. Good times. Since then the color really rubbed off on us, including my picky wife.

We love geo caching! I wish I knew about these bugs! It would have been hard to give them up.
