Post stereo installation question

I upgraded the OEM stereo head unit and used an adapter kit. The main stereo works just fine, but when I tried to plug in the antenna adapter the end of the OEM plug the innards of the OEM plug got squashed beyond repair-so I am out an antenna.

This is thanks to the made in China piece of dog sh** adapter (thanks quadratec!) had too much plastic in it which should have been removed.

Anyway, I need to replace the entire OEM antenna cable now. Does anyone know where to get a replacement at a reasonable cost, and are there instructions anywhere on removing the exterior mount to run the wire through, etc.?
