Power loss

I'm not a mechanic guru... not even close, so bear with me. I added 35 inch tires and rugged ridge bumbers with winch (heavier than i thought). Last time we ran, we hit a mountenous area (mostly back roads) and at one point i felt the jeep get heavier as we progressed. At one point going up curvy road, i placed the jeep in first gear(traction control was off), she was floored and it seemed that she was only going 20 miles and hour.

I do live in a hot climate. Anything i should do?

Regearing the differentials will help. Did you reprogram for the bigger tires.

I did reprogram for the bigger tires with the AEV unit. I will consider the re-gearing cause flooring the jeep on first gear going up that hill sucked... I know that 3.8 is not meant for performance but it did worry me.

If have 3.21 gears with 35s, it will be a complete dog. Time for a regear!
