Power programers

Does anyone know what type of power programers if any are out there for the 2013's? Or the 3.6L in general?

I would like something that can manage my throttle settings. I hate drive by wire throttles and the 2013 seems a bit slow on the response. I don't expect sports car performance, but something that will make the throttle faster to respond to pedal pressure. It just seems a little boggy....and I have a lead foot.

And of course I want to make sure I am purchasing something that has good reviews.

TIA!! K

power programmers

I'd be interested as well, knowing they are getting 300+ hp from the chargers from the same engine.

Get the sprint booster. I installed it on my 2012 3.6 L and the response is immediate. One of the most underestimated mod on the market.

We need to make a sticky at the top of this page that says THERE IS NO, AND WILL BE NO, TUNER AVAILABLE FOR 2011+ VEHICLES.

It's a Bosch rolling-code encryption ECU that changes every time you turn the key. It's virtually impossible to crack, and even IF you did the ECU will flag every change that is made to it rendering your factory warranty void.

I have heard many say they felt some better response with the Sprint booster but I wonder if it is more that they want to think it works. Your mind can make you feel like it works if you really want it too. Maybe it does, I don't know. Butt dynos can be satisfying though. I think it may be like CAI's were dynos prove over and over again that they do very little if anything but those that buy them seem to think they feel a deference none the less.

But the fact remains that the notable tuner companies with great reputations say they can't break the ECU for the 3.6L. Seems weird that the companies with tons of resources and money can't make a programmer for the new models but a small company seems to. Never seen anyone show actual data on it to confirm or disclaim it which you would think Sprint booster would show some sort of data to try and prove they could provide performance other then a general statement that they can.

I have sports cars, so I am sure I could tell if it worked....if it sounds like BS it probably is. My husband said the same thing about the ECU and the warranty.

I have my Z06 power programmed, mild stuff, just because it makes the throttle more responsive and I raised the rev limiter settings.

I was hoping that I could get something, just to make it more responsive. I am sure if we give it a few years, some genius is going to crack it, then I will be out of warranty....

Yes there is a fuel calibrator for the 2011, 2012, and I would guess the 2013. It is made by a company is Santa Fe Springs CA called Roadrace motorsports. From the reviews I have read people seem to be happy with them. It is not a full programmer but it will increase HP. Here is the link for the complete stage 3 kit. The fuel programmer is available seperately.

UNICHIP also makes something simillar for the 2012's
