If you're still under warranty, take it to dealer and at least have them note the issue, they will probably say they can't reproduce. Take it several times to note the issues (I know it's a hassle). But, even if you are out of warranty when the problem is found, they should still replace defective part due to history without costing you anything (I've had other issues with other Chrysler vehicles and convinced the dealers to do this).
I had something similar but not quite the same (also had issues with TPMS and blower motor) in my 08 (bought mine used with extended warranty). if you search forum for posts I started, you'll find it. After all was said and done, dealer replaced wireless control module, a couple tpms sensors and blower motor and mine hasn't happened since.
I've seem where TIPM has caused similar issues on older and newer JK's.
