Premium Soft Top Question

New to the forum and researching the purchase of a 2013 Wrangler Sport. Does anyone have the premium top and do you think it's worth the extra $400.00. I have not seen one on any Jeep in the lots I've been to so I can't compare them.

Thanks,
Jon

I just picked up my JKUSwith the premium top. It's really nice. Kind of the same material as a BMW. I didn't really compare to other Jeeps, though. I got it because it's
Supposed to be quieter and my daughter wears hearing aids. It's definitely nicer and quieter than my old TJ and it looks great. I would get it again. Hope that helps.

I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. Very quiet, very thick, and supposedly (time will tell) longer lasting.

It's definitely an improvement over the stock softtop I had on my 2012 2-door. (I have a 2013 JKU now.)

Just a follow-up. Was just at my dealer to pick up a part and parked next to a JKUS with standard top. On appearance alone it is easily worth the extra $$. Side-by-side made the standard top look like a hefty bag.

Dunno. 4dr was $400, so probably less than that.

Then it's probably more like $1,500 because you'll need hardware.

My premium top upgrade on my 2 door sport was 400 bucks on the invoice. It is def a nicer top as far as quality, my only mistake was getting clear windows. I wanted tint, I would gladly trade someone with tinted windows regardless of old style or not.

Mine came with tint. Didn't know it was a choice.
